The Restech PLT 230 Pneumatic Line Thrower is a SOLAS-approved line-throwing system designed for maritime rescue and rope transfer operations between vessels or from ship to shore. It features a launching range of up to 230 meters using the R230 projectile and 115 meters with the R150 projectile. Both projectiles are reusable. The device has no expiration date and is suitable for harsh conditions, including Arctic zones. The system includes an internal air cylinder that can be filled up to 300 bar, allowing multiple high-pressure launches. Equipped with a 3.2 mm floating line and minimum tensile strength of 2000N, the device complies with stringent international maritime safety regulations.
