The SOLAS First Aid Kit MM001 is designed for exclusive use on lifeboats and liferafts, in full compliance with the 1974 SOLAS Convention (1983 Amendment). It is approved by Lloyd’s Register under certificate LR2003218SS and is intended for ships registered outside the European Union. Housed in a durable, waterproof and resealable pouch, the kit can withstand drops from heights of up to 36 meters. It is stored inside emergency escape crafts and only used in real maritime evacuation situations on the high seas. The contents are multilingual and selected to ensure emergency readiness offshore.
