The T-ISS PX-03 manual release hook is an off-load certified SOLAS/MED release mechanism designed for the suspension and launching of rescue boats via single fall davit systems, with a maximum Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,500 kg. Manufactured from seawater-resistant stainless steel 316/Duplex, it ensures safe and reliable operation under the most demanding marine conditions. The off-load system allows hook release only when the boat is waterborne and no load is applied, eliminating the risk of accidental release during hoisting. Operation is fully manual and can be handled by a single person: simply push the red release handle to the upward position to release the wire rope or link.

O T-ISS PX-03 é um gancho de liberação manual de última geração projetado para atender aos mais rigorosos padrões SOLAS para mecanismos de liberação em botes de resgate lançados por pórtico. Seu conceito off-load é o diferencial central de segurança: a liberação só é possível quando o bote está flutuando e sem carga sobre o gancho, prevenindo acidentes durante operações de içamento e amainamento em condições adversas de mar. A construção em aço inoxidável 316/Duplex assegura resistência à corrosão pelo ambiente marinho e durabilidade ao longo de toda a vida útil de 5 anos do equipamento, com ciclos de inspeção mensais e revisão ou substituição obrigatória ao final do período. O pino de segurança integrado impede a abertura acidental do gancho durante o transporte e as operações de içamento, sendo removido pelo operador apenas quando o bote já está na água.
