The Comet Man Overboard Signal is a combined smoke and light signal designed to be attached to a lifebuoy and used on bridge wings. Once released, it activates automatically, producing dense orange smoke for a minimum of 15 minutes and a light with a minimum intensity of 2 candelas for at least 2 hours. It is compliant with international marine safety standards including SOLAS, MED, and USCG.
